  5. Reduce heat to low and add cornstarch liquid, stir well for 1-2 minutes until sauce thickens
  6. Remove sauce immediately. And set aside.
  7. Preheat the oven and arrange chicken wings on an oven tray. Brush with the cooking oil on both sides
  8. Oven Grill the wings under 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes, remove from oven, flip the wings and grill for another 20 minutes.
  9. In a bowl, add cooked chicken wings and half the buffalo sauce. Mix to make sure everything is well combined. Add more of the sauce if you desire or refrigerate for later use.
  10. Serve wings with a side of vegies or celery or a side of your liking
