  1. #Tip : Take water and add vinegar in it. Now dip chicken wings in it for 1/2 an hour.
  2. #Tip: for good flex use big utensils and large quantity of maida for coating wings.
  3. #Tip Use light hands for breading wings. For double coating like KFC texture after first coat dip in normal water then again maida coating. No need of cold water.
  4. Now discard vinegar water and drain all water from wings.
  5. Marinate wings with above ingredients for half an hour.
  6. Now double coating with maida.
  7. #tip: when you add wings in karahi for frying oil should be enough to cover them. Fry in medium hot oil, oil should be more or it will break your coating.
