- Heat oil in a pan, add the shredded chicken and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add ginger & garlic paste & soya sauce. Cook them for 5-10 minutes on medium heat with lid on. If you want you can use white sauce as well.
- Now remove crusts from the bread and then roll flat with a rolling pin. Place a row of filling on the one side of the bread & roll into a log. Brush the side of the breads with beaten eggs. It will help to stick closed. Beat one egg in a bowl and take breadcrumbs in a separate bowl. Dip each roll in egg and then in breadcrumbs. Now Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Serve with any dip. I prefer with mint sauce.
