- 1 tsp Soya sauce

- 1 tbs Red chilli powder

- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- to taste Salt
- 1 tbs Ginger garlic paste
- For coating
- 2 cup flour
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp Chicken powder
- Chilled water
- Other things
- Burger buns
- Chilli garlic sauce
- Mayoniase
- Oil for frying
Steps to make to make Zinger burger
- Firstly pound thigh pieces with steak hammer... Now In a bowl add water, salt, and vinegar mix it and now add thigh pieces in water and rest it for 30 minutes at least....
- Now remove all water from thigh pieces and add chilli sauce, soy sauce, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, coriander powder, paprika powder mix it very well and rest it for 2 to 3 hour at least...
- After 2 to 3 hours... Take a big bowl add flour, red chilli powder, black paper powder, chicken powder mix it...now take a one thigh piece add it in flour now close the bowl with its lid and shake shake bowl in every direction for one minute.. Now take out chicken thigh piece and dipped it into chilled water for 10 seconds... Now again add it in flour close the bowl lid and shake shake shake in every direction again for 1:30 minutes... Now fry it in hot oil... Until golden brown color comes out.
- Repeat same process with all pieces... Now it's time to assemble..... Take a toasted burger buns... Apply mayoniase on bun. Add fried chicken pieces now add chilli garlic sauce and add again mayoniase (if you required)... And then cover with the bun....Yummy zinger burger is ready....
