- Mix together the stock, mustard, crème fraîche and garlic. Pour over the chicken and vegetables and add seasoning. Finally, gently spoon the honey over all.
- Cook in pre-heated oven for 45 minutes or until the chicken and potatoes are cooked. Sprinkle the coriander over all and serve onto hot plates.
